Dependable Strengths: "Navigating Career Transitions" (September, Virtual)
Join Facilitators Jon Stubblefield and Yvette Burdick for two sessions that will refresh your positive sense of self! Dependable Strengths is an engaging process for uncovering and re-discovering talents and strengths of individuals and groups. Self-esteem, confidence and rewarding careers are often the result of knowing our own strengths and the strengths of those around us.
Through a reflective, peer-assisted group process, the Dependable Strengths Articulation Process helps people see their unique pattern of strengths. It also helps them develop their professional brand by writing, saying and pitching their strengths. Dependable Strengths helps participants create authentic narratives in their own words and allows them to be remembered for who they are at their best.
Results show life improvement in work, personal satisfaction and community. Engaging in our strengths results in more joy, purpose and smiles!
