DSAP Facilitator Training Help your clients and students plan for successful futures. Applications of the Dependable Strengths® process inculde job-search, career-development, teambuilding, and self-eficacy. Your Dependable Strengths are those personal abilities that represent your best work. The Dependable Strengths Articulation Process (DSAP) is a rigorous twenty-hour, client-oriented, peer-asisted, group process that requires a trained, experienced facilitator. DSAP facilitator training is a five-day course provided by the Center for Dependable Strengths. Participants of the five-day training are eligible for CDS Local Instrucor Certification upon completion of requirements explained during the training.
