5-Day
DS Workshops Filling Up in Record Time!
Interest in the Dependable
Strengths Articulation Process has
never been stronger. The March 15 -19 workshop filled up
in record time. A mix of professionals from workforce
development, K-12 education, the tribes and the community
college system
represent just some of the many registrants signing up
for the 5-Day workshops.
This increased interest is not surprising. A renewed
focus on what is working well and what is positive about
ourselves and our organizations has resurfaced with vigor.
Appreciative Inquiry, the Positive Psychology movement,
and the Dependable Strengths Articulation Process
are the most frequently cited examples
of methods of the positive approach.
It is the Dependable Strengths Articulation Process
in particular, as created by Dr. Bernard Haldane, PhD,
that uniquely focuses its research-based approach to identifying
what is working well and what is positive in individuals.
In short, DSAP is a well planned sequence of experiences
in which individuals identify their strengths and talents,
uncover hidden potential, and become motivated to strive
for success.
A new June
14 - 18, 2004 Dependable Strengths Articulation Process
workshop is now scheduled and registration will be available
immediately
following
the
March 15-19
workshop.
