The Center for Dependable Strengths Executive
Committee has recently expanded its membership by one. Patrice
Tabor has joined the Committee as an Adjunct Member. As an
Adjunct Member, Patrice attends monthly CDS meetings and participates
in CDS projects. The only limitation is she does not have
an official vote on CDS decisions, but otherwise contributes
fully by offering her views, expertise and participation to
the same degree as the other Executive Committee members.
After a “trial period,” and if both parties agree,
Patrice can become a full, voting member of the CDS Executive
Committee.
As is required of Adjunct Members, Patrice has completed
the DS Instructor training at the University of Washington
and is pursuing DS Master Trainer certification. She has a
deep commitment and belief in DS. She brings her own unique
set of strengths to the Committee, which will be a valuable
addition and much appreciated. Welcome, Patrice!
Other DS practitioners are encouraged to consider becoming
Adjunct Members of the CDS Executive Committee. We are working
to develop a cadre of DS professionals who have the time,
commitment, and vision to lead DS work in the future. For
more information, contact the Center
for Dependable Strengths.
