Some steps in the DSA process will be
more difficult to facilitate than others. It is best to distribute
these so no one facilitator
feels he/she is doing all the "hard parts". This insures
a better quality workshop as well as greater pleasure for the facilitators.
Which are the "hard" parts?
That depends on you! I could make my list, but it wouldn't necessarily
be the same as yours. The difficulty will vary according to your
own strengths (naturally !); some will find the lecture pieces most
difficult, others the giving of directions and so forth. If you
are a first time facilitator, you may not know which parts are hardest
for you until you try them out. However the point is, as you assign
the steps keep in mind that you want a mix of "hard" and
"easy" steps - as far as you know at the time.
